Sadly I arrived early got parked up on fence then I most have caught this member of office staff at the wrong time! Wasn't helpful when went to office. But the staff on loading bays Cheerful Polite said how & where they wanted me to back up to higher or lower having all this happen made my visit so much better next time I won't be more then 2 hours early and hopefully when booking in the next time Whomever serves me hopefully it's going to be better than before in all ill be happy to return

Not very impressed when I made the effort to get there on time, & actually arrived 45 minutes before my booking slot as the traffic was ok. To be told the earlier truck hadn't arrived so they may start me early. For him to arrive, an hour, & 15 mins late, & then get loaded first making me!!!, 45 minutes late getting loaded. Thanks Norish, glad I made the effort.
Was ok here you go in wait to be called to a bay took 5 mins tip and go. Toilets good do with refurbishing. Don't see why women should share driver toilets with men. This is NOT Europ.
Fast workers cant fault the place
At canteen coffee cost 1,also there is no smoking at whole site.
