Fabulous service from start to finish. Our installers, John & Sam were great. After initially thinking it couldn't be done, John found a work-around for us. Our job went into 2 days and they came back on bank holiday to get it finished. They kept us informed during the install and showed us how it was progressing. The attention to detail was excellent, making sure the stove was perfectly centered, fireplace sides were square, mantle perfectly straight etc, all things that have made us very happy with our stove. We would highly recommend West Mids Stoves to anyone.

Great service. Attentive in showroom- very knowledgeable. Booked in quickly to be installed before Christmas. Everyone was on time and installed very quickly. Extremely happy with it. Only comment is that the plaster used dried very rough/grainy so we had to have it skimmed by our own plasterer again.
