It would've been so easy to just order online however I went into Brighouse, easily parked and had a great experience at brief encounter. She helped me with the sports bra I needed. Brief Encounter Review on behalf of my mum: “After a mishap between the washing machine and one of my bra’s underwires during lockdown 2.0, I telephoned Brief Encounter to ask if they could help with an ‘emergency’ delivery of some new bras! Julie had one in stock and delivered it to me that same day. The second one was ordered, arrived and was once again delivered to my home (2 days later). Would just like to say thanks very much for such a brilliant service, especially during the pandemic, and excellent quality products. Ordered two more sports bras for my daughter who horse rides, she wont get them from anywhere else now. Perfect fit and so comfortable. Julie went above and beyond to find the right ones for her as I couldn't remember which ones she had bought previously. I can highly recommend Brief Encounter for lovely quality lingerie and first class helpful service and advice.
