Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful in creating a collage of photos for a last minute present and mounted the photos in the frame even though it was after their closing time. Thank you so much. I highly recommended Lords.

Went to get my film developed a few weeks back and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. I got my images back the same day and was pleased with the results and the price was worth the service. Overall a very positive experience and will be using them again I'm sure. 5/5 would recommend.

Brilliant service from all 3 staff. I had problems getting my passport photo accepted by HMPO. Lords perceveered until one was acceptable. There didn't appear anything wrong with the earlier photos, but they kept taking them, and also sending a note to HMPO to support my photo. Eventually the photo was accepted. Well done Lords with you good old fashioned customer service.
