Went to my first yoga class this evening with Tammy. Very relaxed & welcoming and will definitely go back. Some classes I have been to before at other venues felt a little competitive, though here Tammy & everyone participating in the class was so chilled .

I love this place. I've had a fantastic massage from Effie, it was so therapeutic. I've attended numerous yoga classes, all the teachers have been fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes. I have also attended hypnotherapy sessions which helped me start to build a healthier relationship with food. I highly recommend attending any of the classes and receiving any treatments.

What a place. Great and friendly staff and students. I stayed in Brighton earlier this week and wanted to practice some early morning yoga finishing early. They were brilliant. The teacher told me when it was time for me to leave and would even put my mat etc away . If I return to Brighton I will definitely go there again
