As we live abroad, we needed a team with great local knowledge, patience and ability to manage everything for us - especially this year where we have not been able to travel. Carol and Felicity (and the rest of the team) have been amazing in a difficult year. When we have been allowed to take guests, we have been fully booked and we have felt at ease knowing our property is well looked after.

An absolutely fantastic team and great business. I am a landlord that rents my property through Best of Brighton and they are both incredibly organised and very professional. I have been particularly impressed with the amount of communications and ease of working with them - I always feel my property is in safe hands. I feel my property is marketed very well and kept in very good repair. Would recommend this company to other landlords looking for a sound short-let agency to look after your property. If you rent your property through them and require the full service be aware that their cleaning charges are extremely high and as we live abroad we felt entirely at their mercy. When my mother in law visited at one point, the place was in a state when the cleaners were meant to have been. They came to us with complaints from tenants like there was no coffee table (there were side tables) and the rug was warn (it was a brand new ‘distressed style’ rug), things that they really didn’t need to bother us with. We ended up at a loss renting through them.
Great accomodation, location and service; extremely helpful and friendly staff, prompt response to every request. We appreciate everything the team did for us, especially Gemma.
Best of Brighton went out of their way to find us an amazing property in a brilliant location. They were very helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed, which made our stay extra special.
