When I arrived I said hi to the person treating on the door, no response but she said hi to the person who came in behind me (was I invisible?) I'm not very clued up on DIY, I needed some wood, after spending ages looking for some assistance, 1st person sent me towards some wood, it was only after I spoke to a 2nd person finally sent in the right direction. I wouldn't say the store was particularly busy..so helpful NOT!

Terrific. Very friendly efficient staff. Had exactly what I needed. Spacious, easy access. Car park bang opposite. Bus stop nearby.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Even though the aisles are well labelled, I can still find it difficult to find everything I'm looking for but I just think that is because the store is quite big. Slightly too often they don't have what I'm looking for in store and they're out of stock.

Was open New year's eve thank god and managed to buy a whole tonne of wood for really cheap price! Really helpfull staff, was slightly confused as they changed their layout a bit but they guided us the right way. Life savers. Quality wood had the fire going all night at my party. Big up B N Q
