Great vibes, coffee, studios and bar. Old Victorian building currently being refurbed. Surf shop next door!

Great studio. For a rehearsal studio the gear in the rooms is always in pretty good condition. As a drummer the Yamaha kits are all in good nick and skins are usually quite fresh. Use it to rehearse with 2 different bands and to give drum lessons to kids. Good selection of snacks and they have their own bar too! Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Wouldn't use anywhere else in Brighton & Hove.

Been rehearsing here for years. Recorded our debut album just a couple weeks ago and they were very accomodating to any needs we had. And also a tremendous bar.

Decent studio complex, parking is a bit of an issue hence 4 stars. Helpful staff, loos are clean and they have a cafe.
