I obtained Jamie's number from a google search. He answered promptly, arranging a suitable time was easy and we didn't wait long for the appointment. He arrived punctually and was very friendly and professional. He did the job efficiently, professionally and his work was really clean and tidy; we were really happy with the result. He was also very happy to give further advice when asked. We would definitely recommend Jamie.

I originally chose Jamie as he responded to my email very quickly and on speaking to him it was clear that he was both knowledgeable and professional and was willing to help fix the problem with little delay. I’m not sure if the job was good value as I didn’t get other quotes but my priority was to get a cowl fitted as quickly as possible as birds were flying down the chimney and into the property. I was very pleased with the job and I like the efficient and professional way that Jamie works.
Jamie was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The installation of our wood burner was very well done. Jamie was clean, tidy and did everything he said he would do. The burner looks amazing and works beautifully. The cost of the installation was very reasonable in comparison to other local companies offering the same service. I can’t fault Jamie ion anything. Jamie is very knowledgeable stove installer - being a fireman - so you can trust that you are in safe hands. His communication from inspection through to installation was excellent and he was completely reliable. I found his pricing to be very good value compared to some astronomical quotes I was given by some of the larger companies and I liked that fact that he is local, running his own business which gives a much more personal service. Both Jamie and his colleague Steve were a pleasure to have in my home, very personable and did a professional job to a very high standard. I am completely delighted with my multi-fuel stove and could not recommend using him enough, you would be a fool to go elsewhere!
Jamie came to check my Chimney prior to a sweep (it hadn’t been used for an open fire for over 20 years). I went ahead with the Sweep the following weekend. I found Jamie extremely professional & knowledgeable. I was worried about mess and needn’t have, he left the area spotless!. Highly recommend!
