Dire service! Ordered a product for collection. Received very detailed and highly professional acknowledgment telling us how Curry’s contract/free pick up works. (Wait in car park, with boot open etc). Make our way there and follow instructions. Receive text saying order is ready. We wait. And wait. And wait. Try ringing the store but jaunty message cuts off after 10 seconds. Each time. Eventually walk round to front of store. Order waiting for us.. Complain about car park pickup. ‘Oh, we don’t do that here!’ This for a 100 order. So bad.
