My first time using this company. This is relating to an online order. I ordered a guitar loop pedal as a Christmas present for my step-nephew. I ordered it quite late in the day and it was left on our doorstep early the following morning while we were still asleep! Unbelievable delivery time and quality of service. Superb.
Excellent music store, with wonderfully experienced staff that are more then happy to help. I've spend hole afternoons here chatting with other customers about new gear, and comparing rigs. They have more then your average music store, however if you are looking for secound hand instruments, they are pretty light on those. The ones the do have are in very good condition, and have bearly been played, so maybe they are just picky, and know what they want. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to pick up there first guitar, or there fourth, wonderful store!
Absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable staff. I bought a drum kit for my experience drumming husband, however I have no idea about drumming I just love listening to the music. The staff took me through everything step by step and in a language that I could understand, no jargon or sales talk. My husband and I are now thinking about taking a trip to by a new thrown, looking forward to going.
