Excellent teaching, the tutors are very supportive, even with access (adult) students. They help make the teaching of course content, and the transition to university a great experience:) Students are not made to feel limited on what they can achieve, or what university they can attend. This makes everyone work that bit harder to do well on the course. Highly recommend.

Amazing college. Support from tutors and student services is really good. Students encouraged to do well, and supported in doing this. The college is clean and bright, with major renovations to the entrance looking exciting. The college is diverse and has a fun and friendly community.

Exceptional standards of teaching. A great sense of community with engaging and thought-provoking lessons. The majority of staff are lovely and helpful, but some areas of management not so much unfortunately

I enrolled and was told that because of Covid I would have my interview conducted over the phone. During the interview the lady I spoke to was pleasant, however she didn't seem to know much about me, even though I had provided all the information when I made my application. Nonetheless I was offered a position on the course. One of the questions I asked her was about the course times, as I work full time. She said the courses would be during the day, despite it stating on their website that the classes would be on weekends and evenings. A couple of days later I received an email in response to a query I had sent well ahead of the interview regarding course times. The email read the course will be in evenings as well as during the day however we are not longer accepting students. This email was unprofessional in my opinion as it didn't answer my question about the course times, which is a very important question for me and for many access students as a lot of us are adult students who also work. It also said they are not longer accepting students, it said nothing like sorry we are no longer accepting students but you can try again or some other welcoming statement. It was rude. A few days after I received my welcome email from the college stating I have been accepted. So overall I am glad I decided to note go ahead with this colleges. They're very unprofessional.
