Home and company Ltd were recommended to me by a friend at a time when we had lost complete confidence in our existing carer who was looking after my partners elderly Parents , we were demoralised and had lost hope in finding the right carer, we were amazed by the difference in the calibre of the carers straight away , and the professional and compassionate stance of the proprietors and the quality of care has been outstanding .The proprietors go to great lengths to make sure that the Carers will suit the needs and personality of the client , they have exceeded all our expectations and restored our confidence in Carers .At a time when our family needed support and understanding they have been an absolute God send and I cannot recommend their services highly enough .

Absolutely superb company who take the time to understand the requirements and know the client. They matched my father with the most perfect person. He was so resistant to having support/companionship but Home & Company put him at ease as did is eventual companion. He thrived. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Home & Company has truly changed our lives. I was not sure that we would be able to send our daughter to university, causing her to miss out on the chance to pursue a career in what she loves. Home & Company has made her dreams possible and I can't thank them enough for the kind and compassionate help that they have given us. From the very start it was obvious that their main priority was caring. My mother has been so well looked after and has in fact become firm friends with her carer who also keeps me informed on my mothers behalf as i live a long distance away. She now also uses the podiatrist through the company.. Safety has been excellent during Covid. Thank you Home & Co. for making life easy for mum.
I have been helped by Emma since I came home from hospital at the beginning of April this year after an accident. Emma has been a joy to work with; she has a lovely personality,, very flexible and helpful and has responded extremely well to by changing needs and requirements, sometimes going beyond the call of duty. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her, and the support from Loretta and Julie, her bosses, has been excellent as well.
