My elderly mother went to the Brighton store on the 1st of August and was greeted by Sam the manager who was friendly and extremely helpful. So the 5 stars are for Sam However she went back the following week and was greeted by someone else who was extremely unhelpful so 0 stars for the other person and my mother left without spending a penny. My mother went back the next day and bought 4 more photo frames with Sam. So it's very important to have good customer service. Thank you to Sam.
Fine if you want to print photos. If you want to buy anything else you can't pick it up off the shelf and take it to the till and pay for it because everything is locked on the hooks and the staff don't seem to care how long you've been waiting, they will only serve people who want to print photos
COMPLAINT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I have ordered a phone gimble from you on the 27th December with 1-2 days delivery. I got an email to state that I would finally receive my parcel today! (7th january) I also received a DHL number which did not work therefore I cannot receive updates on where my parcel is! Poor service, wont be using it again! Lack of communication from your customer service! Dont make promises you cant keep

A good place to get anything related to photography. For myself I ordered from Jessops website a Osmo pocket gimbal and wireless module which was delivered to the Brighton store. I am very happy with their service and prices
Very helpful staff. Good selection of cameras.
If you need a brand new digital camera and memory card great! Anything else they havent got a clue
