Nick and Ashley were super helpful, saving the day where another supplier had failed. Wish we'd come to them first. I love the floor, it's great quality and they gave fantastic advice throughout the process.

We bought the Speckled Oak engineered flooring and it is stunning. I would recommend Naked Floors 100%. Great company, great can-do attitude and the after-sales support has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. I've had wooden floors before but never as lovely as this one. Thanks Team Naked, I couldn't be happier.

You won't be disappointed with the flooring from Naked Floors! Its more expensive than your average off the peg stuff but believe me worth it for the quality. We've recently had some distressed oak flooring fitted from these chaps and it is extremely good quality and looks super. We needed something fitted in our kitchen which could cope with a fairly busy thoroughfare straight from the garden with dogs etc. and this covers up a multiple of sins. Not that we don't clean it or abuse it but its so forgiving. We needed it in a hurry and they pulled out all the stops and got it completed for us in good time, keeping to their word. Aftersales service very good too.

We bought the Wiversfield Oak range from Nick and Naked floors for our entire house (including the bathroom) after we were told mid way through our renovation that the original floorboards in our house we had agreed to restore were unsalvageable. This put us in a very difficult situation timing -wise but Nick delivered the floor for our entire apartment in 2 weeks. On installation our contractors who installed the floor were very impressed with the quality, sturdiness and craftsmanship of the floor and I was impressed with the unique warm colour and the matte finish and completely natural look that we had been looking for but found very hard to find in other floors. After the floor arrived Nick continued to provide guidance and information, custom built nosing for us for two steps within our home which he included free of charge, gave me detailed advice and links on how to care for the flooring and where to buy products from. Additionally, when I asked for advice on how to colour-match a piece of wood he sent his custom made floor colour to us without hesitation and free of charge (even covering the shipping himself)! One thing to note is that the floor can look a little different to the images depending on the wood itself. This is to be expected with a natural product and my advice to customers would be to not get too wedded to the tiny detail in the image you see on the website (or even the sample) while my advice to Nick would be try and include as many images of the variation within each floor as possible. For anyone buying online, seeing lots of pictures is very helpful to making an informed decision and knowing what to expect. I couldn't recommend Naked floors and Nick's excellent service highly enough. You will not find this level of quality and craftsmanship on the high street! Thanks Nick
