Had years of lovely holidays with Neilson. However, during the covid-19 pandemic, despite the law being that they have to refund our holiday in 2 weeks, which they said they would, they then delayed this to 4 weeks, to then only issue a voucher. No refund until September so they get to keep my money for 6 months interest free, despite the law stating it must be refunded within 2 weeks. Will never use them again, even if we eventually get our money back. All trust lost, this is exactly why we book through a package company!

This holiday was cancelled by Neilson due to Covid 19. We were offered a full refund over the phone, we contacted them a week later to be advised it was being processed and would be with us within 21 days. We have now received an email 2 weeks later informing us that a refund will now not be issued and will be replaced by a credit note. . This is disgraceful behaviour, to verbally agree a refund we were relying on to pay the credit card bill, when I have just been furloughed. Morally wrong. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
