Excellent food and service! Lovely atmosphere. Have just spent a leisurely lunch there. Highly recommend. Thank you to Alex and all your lovely staff - it was just perfect!

The place was really nice, nice atmosphere, good service by the staff. Food wasn’t as mind blowing as we thought but good taste. But there was a problem with the side dish of spinach we ordered. The spinach wasn’t washed prior to cooking which felt really gritty and Sandy. We sent back the dish to be taken off our bill but it wasn’t at the end but we didn’t complain since they already gave us the eat out to help out discount. Might go again to see if they will redeem themselves as the experience wasn’t bad. The prices were very good for the quality of the food but hope they wash the spinach next time.

Loved it here, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel relaxed and COVID safe! Even more importantly the food was fantastic, we were not rushed so enjoyed lovely evening of food and drinks. Already been back for second visit a d can’t wait for next one!

Had a really lovely evening here. Food was great, waiting staff were great, wine was fab. However, at the end of the evening a homeless man came up to us to ask if we had change, and we started chatting with him. The guy waiting for us (I think the manager but can't be sure) was really rude to him (asking him if he was going to buy drugs and booze, and generally deliberately embarassimg him) and we felt super uncomfortable! Great place, but some empathy wouldn't hurt.

Sat outside in the small courtyard which was a real sun trap. Very nice lunchtime atmosphere with plenty of diners (tables set apart to comply with social distancing etc). Good menu and the dishes we selected tasted authentic mediterranean. Went during the Eat out to help out period and was very pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Notwithstanding th e offer, the menu prices were still very reasonable. Next time I'm visiting Brighton I will definitely look to book a table here again.
