I can’t recommend Quaff and their staff enough. We’re fortunate to live very close to Quaff, and visit it at least once a week, so we’ve got to know the team there very well. They’re always helpful, polite and have been really welcoming during the pandemic, particularly bearing in mind how busy they were when the pubs were closed. We often go in undecided as to exactly what we want to drink, and are always happy with the suggestions that are made to us. I genuinely can’t think of a wine or beer that we’ve drunk from there that we haven’t enjoyed. Thank you for everything guys, see you soon!

Great selection of gin, whisky, wine, beer and fizz. Friendly advice from knowledgeable staff while you wait in the queue (they put your choices by the till to save time) and one person allowed in the store at a time so it feels good from a covid pov. Recommended.
Love this place. Great choice of craft beers, wines and spirits and friendly. Very covid aware. Always feels safe. Delivery and collection available.
Rude staff. Will never ever go again. I spend a lot of money on wine, but it won't be at Quaff. I misunderstood their Covid protocol but had someone actually offered to help me when I walked in rather than all three in the shop ignore me that would not have happened. They certainly didn't ignore me when they had an opportunity to sneer at me. Anyone who had more than the customer service skills of a retarded goat, or in fact was simply capable of just being polite would have dealt with it better. For me to get that irritated that quickly is really unusual and an indication of just how useless these people are.
I Love Quaff in fiveways. The staff are so freindly and so knowlegable. I always have a good laugh and chat with them all when I visit. They have been open all through covid and work so hard to make everything run smoothly. Always smiling and so helpful. It is such a popular place with the locals. I recomend Lost Pier IPA. Tracey :-)
