Visited Saturday morning after a fall. Staff friendly, calm, welcoming, efficient. Was assessed, had x-ray, and had wrist put in plaster. It took 2 hours from entering to leaving. Many thanks

Walked in 08:20 on a Tuesday morning, 3 patients in the waiting room. Was triaged, waited about 15 mins then called by a nurse practitioner. Very thorough and professional, walked me to x-ray department. Waited about 10 mins, in for an x-ray. About a 1 hour wait for the results, arm sling fitted, appointment made for fracture clinic then out! Faultless sevice from the staff, only issue really is finding your way around the rabbit warren.

Quick and easy to be seen by initial consultation and not long to wait for Dr or Consultant. Professional Caring Friendly staff very helpful.

I spent there entire night today and the wait was long, but that is understandable with room full of people and only one doctor around. The staff was really nice and helpful from paramedic who checked my temperature and blood pressure, to receptionist who booked me in, both lovely nurses who looked at me and my results and doctor who saw me after long wait. I'd love to name them all and thank them, but it was such a long night, I didn't memorize all names. I've been struggling with something for months and after visiting a&e twice for it in the past month I finally feel, like my case will get looked into as it has been a drag living like this. They gave me good advice and assurance. Thank you to both concerned and caring nurses and lovely doctors. Only thing I didn't like was the way nurse who took my blood handled me. He was very rough, which again I understand after having to spend all night repeatedly looking after patients, however a little care wouldn't have hurt. He stabbed me so hard even after IV was put in it was painful to move my arm, I felt like I'm about to pass out or be sick. Which is sort of normal for me after my blood is taken, I just haven't felt any pain after IV or blood taking before.

Not even worth reviewing, I drove all the way from Milton Keynes as my daughter was in agony and she has mental health issues, I took her to a&e in Brighton as she lives here only to be told I can’t go in due to coronavirus, yet they let another adult in with her carer and she was totally able to speak on her own as she came out and was arguing with someone on the phone! They disregard people with mental health issues.

Am very aware that we are in the middle of a pandemic. But the treatment (or lack of) I have received here is disgusting. I was rushed in by Ambulance, none of my symptoms passing at all. To be told immediately by a doctor that I shouldn't have come in to A&E for very sharp and severe pain in my chest. Removed from A&E in agony, difficulty breathing and no investigations done at all. No wonder so many people die in the UK as the NHS is awful. Would give 0 stars if I could.
