Beautiful lido which has been carefully managed to prevent overcrowding. There is a hand sanitiser station as soon as you enter. Upon entry, everyone is told to follow the one way system around the perimeter of the lido to help ease people-traffic. The pool itself is beautifully and refreshingly clean! There was a good staff presence (both on lifeguard duty and at the gates) and clearly all were competent and well-versed at making sure people had a safe and enjoyable visit. Thank you so much and we can't wait to return.

A real gem of a place, what a brilliant escape from the realities of covid. (though you do need to book a slot and the changing rooms are closed, so arrive changed and change out of your swimmers on the side when you're done. Friendly staff, the building is a work in progress, but it'll be magnificent when it's finished. The pool is a fabulously clean, outdoor 40m and 1.9m on the deep side. Unlike alot of pools, there is a shallow side and deep side, so lanes swimming means you've got a decent depth beneath you for your entire length, for those coming with the kids or varies from 1m to about 1.3 in the non lanes half. Today the pool was 24.5 degrees C and lovely once you're in!
