Savvy made our lives a hundred times better. Sleep is everything- if you’ve slept well then you can handle the day times so much better. Our 6 month old would sleep for more than an hour at a time, and only then when he was in our bed. Something had to change, but we just didn’t know how. Savvy was very understanding, quick to respond and gave us a completely personalised plan to follow. Savvy was quick to help when things weren’t going so well, and we now have an 8 month old who can sleep through the night - I can’t believe it! It’s been tough, but knowing that Savvy was there when we needed her was invaluable. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with sleep.

Savvy spotted the few small things we needed to do to tweak our bedtime routine and at naps to help our little one sleep through as soundly as she wanted to. It really was a gentle and flexible approach, so very practical unlike some other sleep methods out there!

I really recommend Savvy if you are considering a sleep coach. She is so knowledgable about sleep, and seems to know how to make a plan that fits your parenting and lifestyle. She is super supportive and very understanding of how to solve issues as they happen. Our little one is now in her own bedroom, naps for much longer and keeps sleeping longer each night too!

We used Savvy as our baby went through the 4 month sleep regression. He would only sleep when he was rocked for hours and then we would gently place him down and he would wake up. He also started waking every hour throughout the night. Being a new mum I wasn't sure what to do and there is so many different things you can read it all got a bit overwhelming. We contacted Savvy and she set a plan for us that suited our baby. The goal is for him to self settle and have him in a better sleep routine. Some advice she gave us made an immediate impact and within a few weeks we could place him down and he would settle himself. He still woke up in the night but this reduced and now he only wakes up once a night. He is now 7 months old. I would recommend having a sleep consultant in order to have that extra support that your doing everything right. Savvy had lots of tips and was always there to message encase we had a question and both myself, my husband and our baby are alot happier and have learnt alot from the experience.
