The local master teacher, Tony is knowledgeable. His approach to tai chi is to understand & get the basics correct, then going on to the forms. This teaching has changed the way I stand, walk, improved my balance and has started me on the forms. Look up the Shen Long Tai Chi website for details.

I have attended a number of different Tai Chi classes over the past few years including the class at the Brighton Wellness Centre. I can only say one thing and that is the students are from all walks of life and the teachers are the best I have experienced. The instruction is clear and friendly. I recommend Shen long Tai Chi at the Brighton Wellness Centre to anyone wanting to learn a martial art. Fantastic!
