It was a below average service. I thought shopping local (and paying more than I would online) was the right thing to do... The senior staff at the Radiator Centre often had an utterly dismissive manner over the phone sadly. They talk over you and don't listen and get annoyed by a very normal range of questions. The more junior staff frequently just didn't return calls. To be clear this was true BEFORE the pandemic and lockdown too. The radiator had a leak when installed, which wasn't the fault of The Radiator Centre, the manufacturer MHS did at least send a replacement without any quibble. I'm very glad I was able to resolve that with the manufacturer directly as I was dreading having to get the shop involved.

We had looked a long time for a new radiator for our kitchen and stumbled across The Radiator Centre (St Albans). The service received from Nick was amazing. He was patient with our questions which has resulted in us receiving an amazing radiator, just what we wanted and is admired by all who visit. The standard is excellent; delivery was on time and the product was very well package. Thank you Nick and your team.
