Enquired about a crv from this dealership, on checking the mot there were some advisories tires close to the legal limit and brake discs worn. I asked if this work had been done and the salesman said he would ask the manager and if not see if it could be done in with the price quoted. The managers response was no it has not failed they are only advisories. I understand a lot of cars have advisories on brake discs but there is potentially plenty of life left in them but was very surprised they weren't prepared to put new tires on. Not great in my opinion from a main dealer.

Very impressed with the service & friendly staff. There was a safety recall on my Honda car for the passenger airbag. Booked car in for this & a basic service, waiting whilst the work was being done. Reasonable waiting area with seating, tables & TV. Free Wi-Fi & Hot/ Cold drinks. Work completed to a high standard & no looking for extra non essentials work, unlike some dealerships I've dealt with. Would recommend & use again.

Had a Honda jazz wish I had stuck with them instead of going to suzuki. Not one problem with the jazz highly recommend one if you are looking for another mobility car.

Called in to book my CRV in to have the battery checked because I was having trouble starting the car. I spoke to Stuart who said that he would check the battery there and then to save me coming back. After 10 minutes of checks with various pieces of diagnostic equipment, he told me that the battery needed replacing. (Can't complain, it's nearly 5 years old). I asked if I could book the car in to get the job done and he said that to save me another journey, if I went to the spares department and bought a replacement battery, he would fit it for me right away. Within 6 or 7 minutes I was driving home. What a wonderful service from a caring Honda employee. Thank you Stuart, you are a star.

Horrifically my Fiance was victim of an awful M6 accident writing her car off, so having looked around at used cars - I ended up handing down my beloved Honda Civic Type S 2008 (ever-so-reluctantly) and had to upgrade prematurely... not ideal. Re-Visited 'The Tony Chew' at Cannock Honda as a first step of the process... same-day ordered a great used Honda Civic Tourer 2014 Model - best car i have ever owned to-date. Tony First - every time.
