What a joke. I called to ask if I was ordering the correct gaskets and she wouldn’t take my vin number over the phone. Her excuse was that because I’m calling from a mobile phone she might hear it wrong. She told me to email it her. I’m not waiting for you to take my money, someone else will have it now.

Wasn’t willing to complete a contactless transaction amid Covid and wouldn’t leave part to collect. Could have seen me come to door and left outside for collection like any business ie amazon, or delivery service is doing. Mail order only ridiculous. Instead she turned the business away and gave it to JDM down The road who happily obliged.
Disgracefully obnoxious, rude, impolite lady on the phone. Absolutely no manners. Tried to rush me off the phone but as I wasn’t finished she hung up the phone on me while I was still talking.
Visited their shop a few weeks ago for a fuel pump and I must say the service was incredibly good. I was given great advice and left there very happy. Top marks and I will be back soon.
