Really disappointing experience. When we saw all the sparkly dresses in the window we thought we'd be in luck but unfortunately, the opposite was true. A lot of the dresses had scagged material and makeup marks which was frustrating. However, the main issue was the way the staff treated us. At first they seemed lovely but it soon became too pushy. Having 3 members of staff surrounding us repeatedly telling us the dress was perfect when we had already said it was the wrong colour or not to our taste made us feel really uncomfortable. Not to mention when my friend stepped out of the changing room, a member of staff said "that colour completely washes you out" - what a confidence boost. Then whispering "she's too fat to be a bridesmaid" once we had gone back in the changing room. Horrific. If the staff hadn't have been so judgemental we might have accepted the poor quality products for the cheap price but we certainly weren't going to be spending any money in there after the nasty comments made and near harassment while trying to quietly browse. Such a shame. We have no reason to lie about this and yet the Manager denies the comments being made. What happened to 'the customer is always right'??? Do not enter this shop unless you want to be disrespected and bullied.

Got my outfit sorted thanks to the lovely helpful and friendly staff, very much enjoyed shopping here - hope to pop back soon! I highly recommend visiting this store if you're in Bristol and like shopping for designer labels as the discounts were much better than I could find elsewhere. Always love popping to Cribbs, free parking is a bonus for a bargain hunter like me :-)

Kinda overpriced for the quality. Go superdry least you are paying for what you get. Ammended from 2* to 3 for very appreciated response from owner in regards to my review. Very polite positive attitude.

Bought 3 items today. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and I couldve stayed in for much longer browsing if I'd had the time. I will definitely be returning.

Member of staff had the nerve to say that I was "abusive" to a staff member after they fat-shamed a customer. You should be ashamed of your reply to the customer and have the member of staff sent on a training course or fired. The fact you are defending this is an absolute acceptance of guilt. I would love you to release both phone calls (one where I called and complained to a manager, the other where you accused me of threatening comments) and we can assist from there :)
