Me Not Happy

Asda Cribbs Causeway Bristol: unstable customer following me around the aisles, being abusive, not wearing a mask and threatening to spit in my face. I approached staff and the apparent Asda ‘security’ and they reprimanded me for complaining. Didn’t feel safe there and will not shop at that place again.

Good store with lots on offer. There is a large George section, electrical and entertainment, and everything you need for your home all under one roof. They have an optitions and a pharmacy inside too. This store does get very busy, and at times the queues can be quite long. There is a click and collect service here as well, in the form of a hub, which is clever. They also have a cafe which is open serving a limit menu during these covid times.

*writing this at night since I cant sleep* Had lunch there today left with my heart pounding and dissatisfied. Ordered a decaf and saw the guy make an espresso, then had it served labelled as decaffeinated. It was not. I'm still struggling with its effects. The food itself was the quality you would expect for the price; gravy left a crime on the teeth and peas were pale and bland not to mention they forgot the bread and butter with the all day breakfast my mother was having. Went back and asked for a scone with clotted cream and jam. Slowly got served a scone in a takeaway container because it was 4.40 and they closed at 5. After I asked for the clotted cream and jam he said he didnt \hear me\ and had to pay again separately though I didnt get a single reciept so not sure if I ended up paying twice. Went to sit down and enjoy the clearly not fresh scone with the \decaf\ and was abruptly urged out by the staff after the warning of it being 10 minutes before the store closes. So it took 10 minutes to get served a lie of a decaf and get a mouthful of sloppy and slow service. Wouldn't recommend even as an only option - better to buy something elsewhere.
