Fantastic work by Pierre and his team. They were courteous, timely and very tidy. Worked extremely hard all day. The windows are finished to a very high standard . Would definitely recommend.

Had a back door fitted a while back where there was a window. Pierre was fantastic but the fitting team (an old man, some young chap and a young girl) really botched it up. Had to call them back once as there was a gap between door and wall that I could put my fingers in. As time went on, I discovered a 3 inch deep gap the full width below the door. You could fit ur hand through and underneath the floorboards inside! You would never have seen this and I didn't until I had 2 rats in the house and the pest control advised that was where they came in. By this time too late to call back to put right. Step inside leading to outdoors they just used the old window seal which wasn't fitted properly and sinks if u stand on it. Am currently saving to have another company to start from scratch and fit a new door and make sure the finishes are done properly. As I said, Pierre was great but I really wouldn't trust the fitters he provides
I had bi fold doors fitted by BP frames, And they were brilliant I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me and my partner they went above and beyond to please us. the job is finished beautifully, all our friends now want bi folds after seeing how good our are. Highly recommend Pierre and the team.
Had my double glazing fitted by BP frames they were amazing from start to finish staff extremely friendly and the fitting team extremely I would have no problem recommending them to my friends.
We are absolutely delighted with both the work and service we received from Pierre and the BP Frames team. I was undecided about what style to have and Pierre spent time chatting this through and gave great advice; they look perfect and we saved a considerable amount on money too. Indeed the price was extremely competitive. We can't recommend them highly enough.
