I had a million dollar facial today with Kristina. It was an amazing experience. They were very well prepped with sanitization and social distancing. All the instructions were sent to me beforehand via email. Kristina was very warm, explained the process in detail before starting it. She made sure I was comfortable at all times during the treatment. The treatment was done very professionally and the results were EXACTLY what it claimed. I couldn’t stop looking at my face after it! I was informed about services and packages but wasn’t insisted to buy any products - which is another huge plus. A great experience overall- surely I’d be visiting Kristina once a month!

Recently I have been feeling really low and insecure about my skin during lockdown. As if times weren’t hard enough the stress, the weather and everything else 2021 has brought has just been a nightmare on my skin. I had had enough and with everything closed I decided to reach out to Beautology. I sent an enquiry regarding my issues with my skin and immediately the same morning I received a phone call and was offered a virtual consultation. I have just had my consultation with the lovely therapist at Beautology, they were so incredibly professional and extremely helpful. After having a long chat about my concerns I was given some great information on products and skin care gadgets to really help my problematic skin during lockdown. I have currently just ordered some products from the Beautology shop which they recommended and I can't wait to try and feel confident about my skin again. Such a professional skin care clinic, caring and helpful and I cant wait to be able to have a facial there when they re open!

Very positive experience - prior to the appointment I had a consultation and got explained all the details I needed to know about the procedure and had a chance to ask all the questions. Staff are very welcoming and my therapist Sara is a lovely person who always tries to ensure the session goes as smooth as possible. Still waiting to see full results from the laser epilation, as I’ve only just started the course, but would recommend Beautology as a clinic.
