Communication isn't their strong point, they don't keep you informed and almost never call you back. Not great when you're trying to manage a project! Could and should be a five star business...
Bad advice they told me to buy a blade wich was the wrong one finaly a finish to hire tool express just next to them. 10 mn and i had evrything i needed. And i tried 2 hour with hire station. Bye
Great staff at a bristol born company. Very tidy and welcoming. Had to be a bit brave to drive into the large main roller doors for parking as it's inside the building. But once inside all made sense. Great price for a weekend hire of mixer and compactor
Shockingly bad,. Booked Micro digger and motorised barrow one week ago but did not turn up, nothing at the branch and three builders on site twiddling their thumbs!!! Thanks Brandon, I’ll be sure to pass on your professionalism.
