Buses NEVER arrive on time (505 is averaging at 10-15 minutes late this week) and if they do they are either \Not in Service\ or just break down right in front of you. Contactless machines on board but have never worked. Never have change for a note and act like it is your fault (had to walk home in torrential rain cos the driver wouldn't accept a fiver) . Half the drivers are decent but the rest take a ridiculous amount of time to sort you a ticket. It took one driver 5 minutes to get 4 people on board one day.

Horrible service - buses don't accept contactless payments due to faulty machines and every paper note is too large for drivers to give you a change, so you cannot use the buses at all.

Horrible buses and horrible services. 505 service on 08:20 from hotwell road to triangle west. Always late and full. The driver has no idea how to talk to people. Try to avoid this service in bristol.
