Had a cardiac ablation with some difficulties towards the end. The care, professionalism and treatment I received was phenomenal. A massive thanks to the nurses and ward doctors on C708 for the best care I received whilst admitted to you. All the best in the future, stay safe

That lamb chop and roast potatoes looks decidedly like sausage and beans to me and that knife got something to answer for, but hey they saved my life, I'm not complaining
Absolutely appalling, I had heart ablation on 31st Dec, discharged with SVT and a temperature 9(which lasted 23 hrs) at 6pm and told to take my medication and call 111 if I had any problems. No-one was available for help or advice even when the ambulance crew called the hospital they were told to call the Doctor on 111 rather than bother the hospital. Post op care is none existent and extremely poor. Do not go there if you can avoid it!!!!
Was admitted on 7/11 As an emergency and received an absolute first class service. Many thanks to the whole team, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Thanks again.

Bristol Heart Institute is well equipped with the state of art equipments, up to date trained professionals and modern convenient working environment. It provide specialist service to the peopel of SW of England. The staffs are well organized, friendly and helpful.
I spent a few days on CCU waiting for an operation. The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The only problem I had was lack of sleep because it is a very busy ward. I was then moved to C705 and again the care was excellent. I also had the luxury of my own room!
