I live in a rural location with no prospect of wired broadband. I have therefore tried it all. 4 years of satellite on Tooway. I have read some negative reviews but I have to say that the guys at Broadband Shack have been brilliant. They know their market and they know the limitations of their tech. There are also REAL HUMANS that call you back and help you. My advice is remember that Satellite has 3/4 sec (750 milliesecond) latency. 4G has virtually none that the average user notices so the same speed or even half the speed on 4G will likely be better than satellite. Also unless you pay for professional your link cuts out ALL the time. Router and omni-directional antenna did the trick 20-40 Mb down 5-12Mb up.

I think these guys have gone out of business. I had a Satellite broadband system installed about three weeks ago. It doesn't work other than at 1.5 mbps. It sould do 45 mbps. I have called both sales and customer services every day for more than two weeks. Nobody answers the phone and nobody calls back as promised on there voice mail. Nobody replies to e mail complaints. I assuime there is no longer anyone in the business and it has shut down.

Horrendous customer service! When I switched over from another provider, I called over a 10 day period to get online- no one called me back to help me despite calling multiple times a day. Now the service is down, I have called 30 times over the last few days and every single time I get cut off! This is just not good enough!

Broadband shack has provided my company with a solution to my broadband problems I got them in first to offer a backup internet connection as i run a sales company online but found there setup to be so reliable i have since set it up as my primary provider with no worries of interference. The chap i dealt with (adam) was so helpful i would recommend them to other business and private individuals. Well done broadband shack!
