Laura's beginners portraiture course exceeded all my expectations. I started the course as someone who held beliefs from school days about being no good at art. Laura is passionate about supporting artists of all levels of ability, and she creates a warm, friendly and fun environment in which to learn and practice. The course was so well-designed, with plenty of materials to help us complete our weekly assignments. I am so happy I did the course and am grateful to Laura for helping me achieve things I never believed I could.

Laura is a wonderful teacher. Every session is carefully structured and full of practical tips and advice. She gives time to every student and tailors her advice to their individual needs. I was astonished at the progress I made after only six weeks. Highly recommended.

Both my husband and son were serious painters even they found your teaching extremely useful and amazed how much they had learned in less than 90 minutes. Me and my partner attended a one off virtual portrait drawing workshop and was amazed at how much we did in an hour and a half. I am an art teacher myself, and my partner is beginner and hasn't picked up a pencil in years, and we both learned lots of new things from the class. Laura is very clear and kind in her teaching approach, so if you're feeling a little nervous about getting started, there is no need to worry!
