Super helpful, amazing staff. There was a giant long queue to stuff the plush and when I had trouble making a sound they made sure I went back into the queue where I originally was so no extra waiting. They were great at answering my questions and all smiling. This is my favourite BAB location

We got to the shop and there was a wide variety of bears to choose from. I then went to the checkout and asked to get my promise pet stuffed. We got to the station and the employee asked if i wanted a sound. I got a record your own voice and it came out vey good. I then got the bubblegum scent and done the heart ceremony toom place. My husky then got stitched up, and then i went to choose an outfit, which was hard as there was so many good things to choose from. I got a lead and a carrier, a dress and a cape. We then went to the name me station, which is where you make the birth certificate. There is also an app where you can enter the 6 digit code on your promise pets tag, and you can name your promise pet in the app the same as you did in the store. I done this and it worked. You can also care for your pet by playing mini games. One of them is where you can check your pets health. You put your pet on your phone or tablet and it weighs it, put your phone or tablet on the pets head and it measures their temperature, and put it on its heart to measure its happiness. You get a result at the end. You then can feed them, groom them and unlock all kinds of accessories. I rate build a bear overall 5 million stars.

I was here earlier to buy a bear for my doctor's outfit and came out with two. The lady's are very lovely in there and were very welcoming! Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to coming back! The lady's also have awesome masks! Where do you get them?!?!?

My daughter had the best birthday ever! The service from the staff was fabulous my daughter was involved in the whole process of making her bear which she loved. Thank you sooo much.

We took my daughter here for her 2nd birthday. The lady who served us was fantastic with my little girl, very patient even though my little girl can be quite shy, and went above and beyond to help us make the perfect bear. Theres lots of choice when it comes to building your own bear too with different costumes, voiceboxes and smells. Absolutely a must if you have small children.
