Emily at the hair loss clinic is amazing, she has literally changed my life! I have medication for cancer which has resulted in hair thinning, loss & damage. I went to the clinic & met Emily who explained about the hair system. She took the time to explain everything & answer all my questions. She is very professional but extremely friendly as well. I felt very comfortable & safe in her hands. The hair system is unbelievable! I feel like a new woman, happier when I go out & with more confidence. The compliments I have had about the style, the colour & me just keep on coming...... all my friends & family think it is wonderful & say I look 10 years younger!! These people are amazing if you have fine hair or not a lot of it they can transform you . My hair was really fine on top that you can see my scalp and I was receding on the sides . It made me depressed and lost all confidence would not look in the mirror unless I had to or have photos taken . They made a hair system for me and it changed my life , my confidence is back and the old me is back I can’t stop looking at this person in the mirror. I am 62 years old but I know I look so much younger and the compliments I get now is amazing. If you have any such problems I highly recommend you go book an appointment with these guys and I promise you you won’t regret it . I wish I did it years ago . Thank you Charisma for giving me back . I have had alopecia for approx 5 yrs, so when a friend told me about Charisma Hair Loss clinic I called in for a consultation, The Staff were so welcoming and everything was very private and Professional. Emily explained the procedure fully and gave me time to think it over there was no pressure. On the day everyone was so reassuring, after the system was fitted. Becky the owner styled it! It was perfect for me and has given me such a boost as I have been so long with very little hair, I have never had so many compliments. I was a bit concerned about washing and styling, I need not have worried it was so easy.
Emily is literally a genius and a complete master of her art! She's made me feel like me again, after my hair started breaking off. I reached out to see if she could help with extensions to cover the breakage, which she assured me she could. 2 weeks later I had my appointment for the extensions and I couldn't actually believe how amazing they looked. Thank you so so much for your help and your expertise, I couldn't recommend Emily and the Charisma team highly enough. Totally worth the hour drive. I have my 8 week maintenance appointment in a couple of days time, look forward to seeing you all :)
