Good food was pricey since it's next to the cinema. Has a nice seating area outside.

Very quick service, however rice dishes came out cold which is a HUGE no no. Sent it back and got the food at a decent temperature. No check back from the waiting staff and by all accounts the duty manager wasn't involved as when she came to clear the table she knew nothing about it. She gave us a considerable discount which was appreciated however standards need to improve in the kitchen as we are not the only people that have left reviews about cold food.

Standard Mexican food - which, although the meals have different names, are basically all the same - but a good goto place on a shopping trip as you know what you'll be getting. Staff were pleasant on our last visit. We were meeting the family for lunch, and there were seven of us. They forgot my son's order, which was quickly corrected... but wrong. He ate it anyway as we had politely waited for him to have a plate in front of him. When it was time to pay the waitress deducted the cost of his meal even though we hadn't complained. Which was nice.

Went for appetisers and drinks before going to a movie. The nachos had a good amount of topping that were spread out nicely across the chips (no pile of chips without topping like lots of places). The Mexican spring rolls were amazing, so much flavour and a really good idea too. There was lots of guacamole that came with each dish at no additional cost. Margarita was well put together, on the smaller size but made it less expensive. Wasn't much in the way of interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly and food arrived quickly, hot and with no complaints. Look forward to going here for a full meal

Took our order on arrival. Waited approx 15 minutes for drinks to arrive at the table, restaurant was quiet. Nachos arrived overcooked with minimal amount of cheese on. Daughters burger arrived and it was totally burnt. Waited ten minutes for a replacement. Staff were using their phones whilst eating in the main restaurant. They took the kids meal off of the bill but overall an awful experience. Will certainly not return and would advise other people to eat elsewhere.

Nachos are over cooked and for 4 people we thought it was nowhere near enough and not as good as hard rock cafe who are the best! The main meals were quite small and the rice was cold where we had to ask for a replacement meal. Drinks are quite expensive where a pint is 5.25. Service is good and some of the best we have had that we never had to wait for fresh drinks.

My burrito was over cooked and crunchy, the portions were a bit small and the cheesecake was incredibly sweet and not very cheesecake like. The only redeeming thing is that it only cost a tenner for both. A shame because other Chimichanga restaurants have generally been fine.

Not the best experience. Like one of the other comments a week ago the food was cold specifically the rice. We sent both our meals back. Service was very fast and the staff friendly. I agree with majority of the comments over priced food and drinks. Far better places to eat in Bristol than here.
