Each time I visit ( maybe x2 a year as I visit family in Bristol) it is a new experience. A new menu, decor and layout. This time however, it was exemplary because we felt safe and looked after during this post lockdown uncertainty. Well done and thank you.

Customer service has been appalling for both times I attempted to come in. The staff is incredibly unwelcoming and feels like going into some kind of high security place with the way they get you to wear your face mask and then command you to download the NHS app if you don't have it. I feel like they don't want you there the way they just guard the entrance. It doesn't feel like you're going to a cafe it feels like you're going to an airport. The staff could do with some customer service training with handling customers better. I completely understand the requirements to wear masks and there's definitely better ways to request customers to do this than the way they do.
