Elite mobility arranged to pick my scooter up and fit a new motor and deliver my scooter back to me. I was not contacted by them telling me that you were going to change my batteries. I would not have given permission for them to change my batteries because they were just over a year old and would not have agreed to them being change. I would not have known that they had fitted smaller batteries if they hadn’t come to fix the scooter socket and taken the seat and cover off. Clearly they were relying on me not realizes when the cover was removed that the batteries had been change to smaller ones. They admitted their wrong doing because when they phoned to ask if they could pick my scooter and trailer up to sort out the trailer socket out. I complained about my Batteries and the wheels and tires I was told you would fit them back on my scooter. When I got my scooter back they had only fitted the wheels and tires not the batteries. The police can’t do anything They subjected put what happened on the internet Frank This has been posted by me on behalf of a very unhappy customer
