I have seated acupressure once a month, which I benefit from greatly. It feels deeper than my regular massage. The routine is very precise and concentrates on points of my body I hadn't originally thought about. Patricia thought seated acupressure would suit me and i would benefit from this treatment. As a true professional, Patricia knows my history both medical and work / life balance. So her clinical judgment is very important. I would highly recommend this treatment. Plus the chair is super comfy.

I have lymphatic drainage massage regularly. I turned to it in desperation because I retain liquids in my legs and they were always swollen. The results have been fantastic: no more swollen or heavy legs. However, bear in mind that this result happened gradually over a couple of months and I keep it now with a routine of lymphatic massage and exercise. I can't recommend this treatment enough.
