I have a small buisness and I rely heavily on a good fabric shop and fabric plus caters for this.they are excellent and I can always get what I need here

Brilliant! 1. In lockdown they are taking orders over the phone and will post stuff out to you. Give them a call and describe what you're after and they'll sort it out. 2. I visited just before lockdown: brilliant system. Staff on door controlling entry/numbers, hand gel just in side, all staff wore masks, clear one-way system, with marks on floor. Couldn't be more helpful, or friendly, felt very safe. THANK YOU!

Robin and the team were incredibly helpful. Lovely choice of fabrics and had exactly what we needed with an extra side of great customer service. I would recommended!

I have visited this shop on numerous occasions and never felt particularly welcomed. Since the shop has re-opened after lockdown this has seemed worse; there is a strict one way system, and you cannot even browse for your own haberdashery, and choose a matching thread for your project. I don't understand why you can touch fabric and yarn but not spools of thread or sewing machine needles? I don't appreciate having to pass over my project behind the till for someone else to handle and pick my matching threads, as this doesn't seem Covid secure either.
