Bank card attached to account expired and they couldn’t take funds. Then received email stating that they were going to inform the police I had “made off without payment” and had “committed a crime”. Absolutely pathetic customer service, have cut up card and informed all our employees to do the same.

I received a txt to say they didn't receive payment for my last transaction !! And to contact my back, you can find any phone numbers to ring them and resolve the problem, so I cut the card up ! it more trouble than its worth having to go to a particular filling station.

Not accepted at all Shell stations. Poor customer services. Waste of time. Swiped card at Shell garage in Reading and not accepted. Contacted fuelpecker customer service who blamed the cashier. Tried again at same garage still not accepted. Complained to customer srevices again. Tried to use card at an Esso garage where it had been accepted before. Card declined. Not using fuelpecker again

Having put 35 of unleaded petrol in my tank was told my discount would appear in 72hrs , now Wednesday and I get a message saying not enough funds in my account. I've tried to find there number but to no avail so why doesn't fuelpecker take the money straight away then send you the discount later,so Friday fuelpecker can take it from my account I await a threatening letter.

It's worked every time and never had a problem, takes a while for the money go come out but it's worth it for a discount.

Very poor service when changing form pumpking. No support online, system would not accept details. Not actually saving anything now. 1p on pump price is just not worth the effort of going to a specific garage

Ok, doesn't really make fuel costs much cheaper but is great to have as an extra option to pay for fuel

Best partnership the CAMC have ever done. Saved over 200 in just over 6 months and love the transparency of Fuelpecker.
