11/10 experience! Gladstones gave me a better understanding of both myself and my own issues and addiction in general. The counselling and support is excellent! The treatment plan focused largely on group and one to one work, which was so effective for me as I began to realise who I was as an individual for the first time in my life. I left Gladstones feeling confident and far better equipped with the tools I need for my recovery. I would recommend this place to anyone who is as lost as I was. Thank you.

I attended Gladstones clinic in 2014 after years of trying to stop/control my drinking, my life was falling apart around me, every morning I dreaded getting out of bed and I couldn't see a way out. After 28 days in residential treatment and 4 months of aftercare I slowly started changing my thinking, behaviour and in turn my life. I could see a future that I didn't think possible. The staff were amazing as was the therapy and aftercare I received. I have just celebrated 5 years of abstinence, I have a happy manageable life which wouldn't of been possible with out Gladstones and I can thank them enough.
Absolutely amazing rehab, I have been into three different clinics in the past and none of them explained to me why drank and used, Gladstones did, the therapy here was more about me as an individual and not a stereotype. There was care and understanding which i never received before. I continue to go to aftercare every week which continues to aid my recovery.
I attended Gladstones last year for a period of 6 months. I experienced their primary facility in London, their secondary facility in London and their Cotswold clinic in Gloucestershire. It was my second time in Rehab but my first time in Gladstones. Coming into treatment was a massive decision for me and I can say without a doubt Gladstones quite literally saved my life. It is the best treatment I have ever encountered and I will always be eternally indebited to all the nurses, doctors, cousellors, therpaists, support workers and chef's who work there. I cannot reccomend this facility highly enough to anybody who needs treatment and help getting their life back on track.
