This has been a regular favourite of ours and always loved their food and cheery service in shop and deliveries, how ever I passed the information on to my daughter looking for a teenage birthday family meal, she was greeted on the telephone by a woman who yelled \do we deliver to this postcode\ to which a male voice replied in a not nice tone \Yea Right\ girl then came back to phone and said no..hence they didn't get my daughters order and have also lost a regular customer

Absolutely diabolical - as with other reviewers, service is rubbish and girl who answers phone is incompetent, can't relay messages to chefs, who themselves are illiterate. If I could, I'd give zero stars. Food covered in mayo when not requested. Their lamb cut is not what it used to be, it's cheaper now (more chewy). Chips always hit and miss, you can tell they use old oil mid-week. Consistently late. Stop taking advantage of customers in a pandemic. Shame on you. Prices through the roof. Also, why put a freezing can of drink in with hot food wrapped in paper? Seriously... Remember for every negative review, there's loads more people haven't posted. We had tummy ache from cold mayo on hot food as by the time it arrived, it had in effect turned (as cream would)!

Had the lamb chops, my wife had the steak, all very good and delivered promptly. Will be back. have told the regulars at the masons arms, so hopefully they will get more business.
