Unfortunately, not a garage to be trusted, I have had my car serviced with Honda for the last 4 years and have recently moved to Bristol but will have to go elsewhere now. Said my battery had failed and would I like to replace it. This was under warranty with RAC and I have since had them check it and its fine, so looks like they were just trying to get my money whilst also being very wasteful. When I brought my car back for the MOT retest, they said it was outside the free retest window so I would have to pay, despite it being booked in within the 7 day period. They did do the retest for free in the end, but I had to really fight for it. Overall a very poor experience.

I've been using Bristol Honda at their various locations over many years, always received excellent service from sales (more recently Jo) and after-sales (Errol & Mark). Look forward to purchasing another car from them in 2 years.
