Best sales agent in Bristol! Marcus was an excellent sales member and we would definitely recommend his expertise within the Hopewell team in Bristol. Marcus always provided feedback after every viewing, was very responsive (often working late) and met all the basic needs that many estate agents fail to deliver on - plus all the extras! With Hopewell being a smaller agent, the service is much more personal yet still offers the same extent of advertising compared to all the big agents. Was a refreshing experience and we look forward to working together in the future.

Hopewells’s manage a few properties for me and have been nothing but professional, highly responsive and fair. With the pandemic hitting last March financially the fear of empty let’s was paramount but Hopewells steadfast confidence and professional expertise meant I’ve had no voids and having lost my job through covid the weight of empty properties could have been devastating. Thank you to Kim and the team for getting us through in tact.
Unclean. Found dirty underwear, hair and other items in draws beneath the bed. Shower room was unclean, hairs all over the wall. Very concerning given the current situation with Coronavirus. Question whether the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay? We have explained this to Hopewell, who are no longer responding to messages. Very unprofessional... Please do not waste your money staying here, there are many other options in Bristol that are much better. We have learnt from our mistake!
