Sometimes you think let's give people another chance. People don't change and the answer is that they don't have values . One more time been ignored by them.. Properly was good as I purchased another Urus from a different Lamborghini dealership . Advise customers to STAY AWAY FROM LAMBORGHINI BRISTOL. YOU WAS NEVER GOOD .and for sure you don't deserve Lamborghini dealership

I’ve been forced into leaving a google review about the way I’ve been treated by Rybrook Bristol. When my Lamborghini had a puncture whilst in Bristol which was July of this year, I contacted Lamborghini assist as I had been advised to do upon purchase, should any assistance be required. A condition report was completed upon collection which reported no damage to the rear of my car. Upon collection of my car a few days later I was advised of damage to the rear. It’s now December and after many back and forth conversations with my contact in Chelmsford (which is where I purchased the car from) and Bristol, it seems that they want me the customer who put my complete trust in them and did what I had been advised to do upon breakdown, they now want me to contact the transportation company to investigate. How dare you put this problem onto your customer! I have had confirmation from you (Andrew Ford) that there was no paperwork dropped off with my car when it reached you and it was apparently taken to a lock up location overnight before it was delivered to you. Rybrook, and in particular Ian Roberts how is this the customers problem? the car was in yours and your transportation company’s care. I have chosen to not leave a review or turn to Social Media and my 3 million following until now as I really hoped we could resolve this issue but you are leaving me no choice. It’s such a shame as I love my Lamborghini but the Customer Service I have received is absolutely shocking. I expect you to arrange the repair of my car and/or investigate with the transportation company (that is not my concern) as it was in your care and not in mine whilst it sustained the damage.
