Don't understand the bad reviews this shop has had. Me and my husband used this shop last week. We wanted a pram with a car seat for a new baby due in March. As we walked in we were greeted by a man who said hello and gave us a smile. We spent 5mins looking at the prams and then a lady offered to help. She showed us which prams had car seats. We liked two of them and she got them out, got the car seats for them and showed us both of them pointing out the good and bad points of both of them. I think this was the boss lady. She know what she was talking about pointing out things we hadn't thought of. We have chosen a pram and are paying weekly on it at no extra charge, they will also keep it until we want it and deliver it free of charge. We were recommended this shop by someone at my work and I have recommended them to a friend expecting April. We will be back as I did see a nice cot that turns into a small bed, the lady said we can also pay weekly for this as well. Parking can be a bit of a problem here, there is pay parking on the road outside the shop and a car park just up the road. Nice shop, nice prams (and other stuff), nice staff, will go back.

Totally agree with other reviewer - I went in when my twins were really struggling with teething to see if they had any amber teething beads while I waited for the ones which I had bought online turned up, I was looked at like I was mad by the owner woman who tried to make me feel stupid when I tried to explain what they were, although she was clearly the stupid one. I definitely would NOT return to this shop! The other staff did seam nice though.
Staff are very rude, expecially the owner/manager. I have spent a fortune in this shop and have recommended loses of friends, but not any more, all staff should go on a customer service course. If you go in on your own it fine, your treated okish, but my God take a child in there and you have committed the crime of the centre, and never buy anything as a present because it's hello work to even get an exchange, your put on trial by the owner, snotty cow.
I recommend you AVOID this shop at all cost I bought a pram that after two months was FAULTY and collapsed with our under 1 year old in the pram due to a sheared bolt on the crossbar, I contacted the store and told them about the problem and that I had to replace it immediately and would like a refund there response in this situation was: We don't do refunds, there's nothing you can do about it. there expensive and you can get anything they sell cheaper elsewhere. highly unsatisfied and be-leave there breaking your rights by refusing me a refund on faulty goods shop elsewhere.
Didn't even want to give 1 star, but had too so I could leave a comment. Horrible rude nasty lady with a heart of stone. Avoid this shop like the plague!!!!!
