Bought a mhl to hdmi lead for 13 and one of the inputs literally fell into the unit when I plugged the charger usb in. Rang up and was told I must have forced it in which is absolutely not what happened as I am perfectly capable of inserting a charger cable (which was the Correct one not the wrong one as suggested by the shop) . Was told they check every item before selling but it was in a sealed bag . Owner absolutely not interested and Rude with it. Terrible shop and service with the worst attitude you can imagine and will be telling all my friends and colleagues

Keep away from this shop. I was charge 209 for a switch repair. I was told it needed a new panel. Paid the money took it home and it would not come on again. Went back to shop (My mate had borrowed my van) Then was told he had re-cond the panel so something else must be wrong. My son came round and fixed it in 30 seconds, By pulling the plug out and holding the ON button all the time. His had gone wrong in the same way and his mate showed him what to do. A well known Panasonic fault and easy repair. It re-sets the switch when I told them what had happened they said I was making it all up. I WAS CONNED.
