Ordered a vegetarian burger meal for collection mid-week during lockdown 3. Menu was understandably a lot more limited than usual but the food was ready when I arrived, the collection process quick and safe, and the food stayed hot while I walked home. Well done all.

I order Click & Collect and found missing stuff in my meal. It was more than 20 pound so please next time check before seal it when you guys are preparing the meal. I had wasted my 1 hour walking back to get my correct order. Alright, not being Karen so I'm not saying anything more but was really mad at that time. Maybe manager or owner of the store should talk to your staff about this.

It’s Nando’s, 5 stars obviously. But in seriousness, this restaurant fills up quite quick due to around the half the tables being removed/out of bounds due to covid, and like most (if not all) other Nando’s, the virtual queue system is in place. Currently I don’t believe there is a way to book online or see ahead of time what the queue is like, so if you’re going at a peak meal time, you may have to wait a little while.

Staff really let this place down. Also is you order a takeaway from here don't expect it to ready anywhere near the requested time. Good parking is the only positive I can find.
